Reiki is a wonderful system of energy healing that may help you to live a more balanced, connected and joyful life. It may help to increase energy levels, reduce stress and anxiety and create emotional and physical balance.

Rei – Ki (pronounced Ray – key) means universal life force energy, Rei universal and ki life force energy. It is a system of natural healing which involves involves the therapist placing their hands on or near specific points on the body known as Chakras. During the treatment the client will remain clothed. There are seven main Chakras points, which start from the crown of the head to the base of the spine. These energy centres are connected to meridian energy lines. Meridian energy lines form the basis of acupuncture and treatments such as acupressure. It is believed that Reiki may help with health and well being by allowing energy to flow freely within the body.

During the Reiki treatment I may use a combination of Reflexology to the feet which can increase the effect of the treatment , together will the use of sound such as Tibetan bowls and essential oils.
