Mindfulness Meditation

I  offer a bespoke approach to meditation which is tailored to your individual needs. The goal is to provide you with meditation tools and techniques so that you can use these skills in any situation during your daily life.  This will enable you to cope much better with  emotional and stressful situations and live a more joyful and fulfilling life.

What is Meditation?

Meditation is something which everyone can do to improve their physical, mental and emotional health. Meditation is concentrating the mind to be in the moment.  This allows the body and mind to achieve a deeply relaxed state.

Like any new skill it can take time and practice.  There is no test to be taken, no failure rate.  We all take our own time and have our own preference to the style of meditation we use.  This is where a qualified and experienced teacher can help you to try different techniques so that you find a meditation that you feel comfortable with.

Benefits Of Meditation

Research has shown that by meditating for as little as 10-15 minutes a day, our health and mental well being can benefit in many ways, including;

One-to-One Meditation 

During our sessions we will work together to enable you to build a daily meditation practice , which will incorporate incorporating various techniques such as breath work, relaxation, visualisation, mindfulness and mantra. The goal willl be  to empower you with the tools and knowledge to continue your meditation practice  and to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine.
Meditation Coaching Includes:
  • Bespoke  one-to-one session which are focused on your individual goals clarifying goals.
  • Sessions can take place online or in person when based in the UK.
  • Session duration: First session: 75 minutes followed by  60 minutes sessions thereafter.
  • Each session includes a guided meditation
  • Tools, techniques and grounding practices to apply in daily life.
  • Reflection time to discuss what has worked and what has not worked from previous sessions.
  • During the 4-week program we will build a 30 day meditation practice with reflection.

I am a registered British School of Meditation Teacher, this qualification is accredited by Ascentis and is recognised and regulated by Ofqual.
