Sessions are either online or at my clinic in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire.

What Is Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness is simply allowing yourself to just be. It’s about connecting with what you are sensing and feeling in the moment without judging your thoughts. This results in a sense of calm, peace and balance which can create profound changes to your physical and emotional health and well being.

Meditation is something everyone can do to improve their physical, mental and emotional health.  You can meditate anywhere. However just like any new skill it can take time and practice.  This is where a qualified and experienced teacher can help you to try different techniques so that you find a meditation that you feel comfortable with.
